Empowerment, Growth, Pathways
The RISE Together Project is supported by the Victorian Government and
supports the work of the South Sudanese Australian Youth Justice Expert Working group to deliver programs and services to South Sudanese Australian children, young people, and their families.
RISE Together was delivered together by Mzuri Dance in partnership with Nurturing African Gen in 2024-2025.
In 2026 RISE Together was made possible with the support of the Victorian Government through a Quick Response Grant from the Violence Reduction Unit (VRU), Department of Premier and Cabinet.
This work also supports the South Sudanese Australian Youth Justice Expert Working Group and its commitment to strengthening community safety, wellbeing and early intervention.
